2. Engagement Terms

All project engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed by both parties. These Terms serve as the general framework and are supplemented by project-specific agreements.

Our Early Partner Program engagements follow either the MVP Build model or the Co-Invest model, each with its own specific terms detailed in the project agreement.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website

For client projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the project-specific agreement. Generally, clients receive full ownership of deliverables upon final payment.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services are as follows:

• Payment schedules are defined in the project-specific SOW
• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of website content
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website
• The fitness of our services for any particular purpose

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific engagement.

10. Termination

Project-specific termination clauses are defined in the respective service agreements. Either party may terminate a project engagement as outlined in the SOW.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
